"Don’t get insurance through this office go somewhere else!!!! Agent took $300 from me for insurance than a week later come to find out they can’t insure me because the agent made a mistake so I asked for a refund and after they sent the refund check to the wrong location I had to request a new check to the correct location and have been waiting almost a month with no refund. They’re constantly messing up here go somewhere else if you can. Would give 0 stars if possible"
"Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. We strive to provide the best service possible. Regarding the reimbursement check, it was sent to the address on file because there was no indication provided to the agency that you had moved or had a different address from the one listed in your main profile. As soon as we were made aware of the situation, we requested a new reimbursement check be produced and sent to the updated address you provided afterwards. Steps had to be taken first to cancel the original reimbursement check and assure it wasn’t processed. After further looking into the matter $300 was not taken from you. The payment was processed with your permission in an attempt to reinstate your auto policy since it lapsed due to non payment and +35 days past due. The payment was not received in the proper timeframe which resulted in sending it back as a reimbursement check which started the issue of not having the correct address that the original reimbursement check was sent.
